Weifang Wuzhou Dingyi Steel Tower Co., Ltd., is a professional manufacturer of power tower, steel structure, wind power tower, broadcasting communication tower and mast, and photovoltaic bracket, which can produce power tower, steel structure factory building with 1100kV and below, wind power tower with 3000kW and below, and also various types of photovoltaic bracket. The Company locates in No. 19 Anqiu Qinglong Lake West Road Anqiu Economic Development Zone, where lies on the southern of beautiful world kite capital–Weifang, with beautiful scenery and convenient traffic.
Weifang Wuzhou Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. was established by Weifang Power Supply Co., Ltd.’s subsidiary Shandong Wuzhou Investment Group Co.,Ltd. in December 2007, later renamed as Weifang Wuzhou Dingyi Steel Tower Co.,Ltd. Our registered capital is 106,000,000RMB, area 404 Chinese acres, the workshop covers more than 90,000 square meters and has more than 660 employees. We own manufacturing license certificates of 750kV transmission line tower, communication tower and we have 3rd level qualification of steel structure specialized contract. We already have passed the quality, environment, occupation health and safety management system certification and State Grid supplier qualification site audit, and have obtained the Qualification Performance Verification for State Grid angle steel tower, tubular steel tower, substation structure and have passed the southern Power Grid Corp Level-A material supplier document review, and have achieved Inner Mongolia electric power (Group) annual equipment material pre-qualification qualification certificate. We have production capacity and the relevant performance for 1100kV steel tower, and passed the EU's CE certification and we also have the right of import and export.
We have strong technical strength. We were recognized by Weifang city as "enterprise technology center", “Weifang intelligent manufacturing benchmarking enterprise”, “Weifang green hot-dip galvanized engineering technology research center” and “Weifang Engineering Laboratory”. We have one committee member from “National Overhead Line Standardization Technical committee”, one committee member from "Power Transmission Branch Committee of Chinese society of Electrical Engineering", one committee member from "Branch Director of Tower Mast Steel Structure of China Steel Structure Association". We have 6 welding management personnel who have obtained the authentication Certificate from China State Grid Corp Steel Structure Welding Technological Guidance Committee and 75 personnel have obtained the steel grade Q420/Q460/Q345 Welding Certificate and we also have 120 professionals. Besides we employed some experts from china famous design institutions as our technical consultant and they have supervised and guided well on the technological upgrading and product quality improvement of our Company. We are main participant in the standard compiling of "Flange used in The Transmission line Steel Tubular Tower", "Manufacture Technical specification for Cylindrical Tower of wind turbine generator" and we also have participated in the compiling of national standards and industry standards such as DL/T5130—2001 "Design Technical Regulation of Steel Tube Pole for Overhead Transmission line", "Design Technical Requirement of Steel tubular Tower for Transmission Line", "Ultrasonic Inspection and Quality Evaluation to butt-jointed seam of thin walled pipe for steel tubular tower of power transmission line", "Welding Technology Guidance of Power Transmission Line Steel Tubular Tower".
All products have been implemented CAD design and scheme optimization. We have introduced
the internal force analysis software TTA(IGT2.0) of the self-supporting steel tower, computer-aided Structural design software STWXP for steel tower, three-dimensional steel tower
lofting software TMA, three-dimensional steel tubular tower lofting software LMA, cast-in-place pile design and Finite Element Analysis(FEA) software, and those software has greatly improved the production efficiency and design& lofting quality.
The Company has domestic first-class strength in the respect of transmission tower manufacture, especially in the development and manufacture of UHV transmission steel tower, with the world's leading level.
一、We have totally won the bidding for UHV projects with a total of 215909 tons from the
company establishment to the present。
1. Nine UHV DC angle steel tower projects totaling 83222 tons (Including: Shaanxi Anhui Shaanxi section, Hami Chongqing，Ningxia Hunan，Longdong Shandong Hebei section，Jinshang Hubei， Baihetan Zhejiang, Qinghai Henan Shanxi section, Changji Guquan, Ximeng Taizhou).
2. Sixteen UHV AC 1000kV projects (Sichuan Chongqing Railway,Wuhan Nanchang, Fuzhou Xiamen, Nanchang Changsha, Soochow substation expansion, Zhumadian Nanyang, Mengxi Jinzhong, Shandong Hebei ring network, Beijing West Shijiazhuang, Yuheng expansion, Qingzhou converter station, Ximeng Shengli, Yuheng Weifang, Mengxi Tianjinnan, Ximeng Shandong, Huainan Nanjing Shanghai, Zhejiang Fuzhou line, Anhui power transmission to the east totaling) 125762 tons (Including: 36915 tons of angle steel tower, 86147 tons of steel tube tower, 2700 tons of 198 meter high steel tube tower).
3. Three ultra-high voltage substation structural supports totaling 6925 tons (Including: Hami Chongqing, Dongwu substation expansion, Yuheng expansion) .
二、We have totally won the bidding for Large span steel pipe tower of 2210 tons from the company establishment to the present 。 (Anhui Lingsi Xiangjian large-span 500kV steel pipe tower 2210 tons)

Our annual production capacity is as following: 1100kV and below of the various types of steel tower and frame a total of 125000 tons which includes 80000 tons of angle steel tower, 35000 tons of steel tubular tower (Pole) and other tower, 10000 tons of substation structure; 20000 tons of wind tower with capacity 750kW~3000kW, 8000 tons of steel structure workshop and 5000 tons of communication steel tower, 60000 tons of photovoltaic supporting brackets.
